Please note that Express Shipping may not be available for certain remote, rural, military, or restricted delivery areas.


4. Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to become available within the carrier's tracking system.

Santovio is not responsible for delays in tracking updates after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
